Housebuilder The Hill Group is set to deliver a £60m development on Raleigh Road, built on land formerly occupied by the Wills Tobacco Factory.

The scheme, which secured planning consent from Bristol City Council after consultation with local residents, will provide a mix of housing types, including three-, four- and five-bedroom family houses, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom maisonettes.

Thirty per cent of the homes will be made available as "affordable" housing through Sovereign Network Group (SNG). Every home will include private outdoor space, with off-street parking available on select properties. Mastic Works will be carrying out the mastic works on the development.
