When Dandara Living’s flagship Stafford Yard in Bedminster Green, Bristol, reached its milestone of practical completion in May 2025, it marked the culmination of many carefully crafted trades—including our specialist sealant and mastic work. 

Stafford Yard rises up to 16 storeys and encompasses 295 homes, a gym, lounges, retail space, landscaped courtyards, private balconies, and rooftop terraces with vegetable beds. A project of this scale, sitting on a former brownfield site in a regeneration zone, demanded our full attention!
